Export a GPX file from Strava
Strava exports a GPX file of your own activities from its website; the app has no export.
- 1Sign in at strava.com in a browser.
- 2Open the page of one of your activities.
- 3Open the ⋯ menu and choose “Export GPX”.
- 4The file downloads with the .gpx extension.
Good to know
An activity recorded without GPS, on a treadmill for example, gives an empty file.
Then open Kaze and drop the file on it, or pick it: the video is made in your browser.
Open KazeWritten from Strava’s own help, as it read on 1 November 2026: menus change, and the app’s page has the latest.
